These Terms of Service informally describe how Gabriel Sampaio de Souza may provide technical services. Any actual engagement depends on a specific proposal and contract.
Nature of the services
Gabriel may provide development and technical consulting services — Python automations, APIs, integrations and AI agents, self-hosted infrastructure (Docker, VPS, PostgreSQL, Redis) and digital product development. The exact scope is defined case by case.
Scope depends on proposal and contract
No service begins without a proposal and an express contract/acceptance. The scope, deliverables and responsibilities of each party are defined by a specific instrument agreed between the parties, which prevails over any generic description on the site.
Budget, deadlines and deliverables
Prices, the budget ranges shown in the form, schedule and delivery method are initial estimates and only become binding after a detailed quote and the client's express authorization, in line with art. 39, VI of the Consumer Defense Code (prohibiting performing a service without a prior quote). Scope changes may lead to revised deadlines and prices.
Communication channels
Commercial contact and proposal negotiations happen by official email ([email protected]) and/or WhatsApp (+55 11 93937-0117). Relevant agreements should be confirmed in writing.
The form does not create a contract
Submitting the contact or budget form is merely an expression of interest. It does not create a contractual relationship, does not guarantee a response within any set time, does not oblige the author to provide any service and does not oblige the visitor to hire. A consumer relationship (and the duties under the Consumer Defense Code) only arises when a service is actually provided for payment.
Clear and truthful information
When a service is provided, the author commits to giving adequate, clear and truthful information about its characteristics, conditions and risks (Consumer Defense Code, arts. 6, III and 31), without promising unverifiable results.
Right of withdrawal
For contracts made off-premises (for example, online), the 7-day right of withdrawal under art. 49 of the Consumer Defense Code applies where pertinent.
Confidentiality
Sensitive client information shared during proposals and delivery is treated confidentially and used only for the agreed purpose, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitations of liability
Descriptions of services and projects on the site are informational and do not guarantee results. Liability, warranties and limits are those defined in the specific contract for each service; absent a contract, the site creates no obligation to perform. The applicable legal liabilities apply when an actual consumer relationship exists.
